(i) How to Delete a Folder

- Click Yes to move the folder and its content to the Deleted Items folder.
- When you empty the Deleted Items folder, everything in it — including any folders you’ve deleted — is permanently erased.
- Alternatively, select the folder and click ‘Delete’ on your keyboard.

To copy a file, follow these steps:
- Go to the location where your files are stored. This could be a hard drive, USB, etc.
- Click the name of the file or folder you wish to copy.
- Right-click the highlighted file or folder and click “Copy”.
